I am creating a pet adoption flow for an animal shelter to help people search and understand the pets and adoption procedures when they are decided to adopt a pet so they can use the web and app to quickly and easily access the searching navigation process.

A primary user group identified through research was people who User who interested in adopting or helping pets.

The Goal 

Figure out how to add guidable and supportive information through the searching flow that would really help people to use the searching/browsing functions more efficiently.
